Mr. simmons was the only one of the three roofers who came on the appointed day and time. He inspected the roof and gave me a oral bid. That evening he sent a writen contract. His roofers came on time and did a good job. My problem roof is no longer a problem. He did some extra work and did within the origianal cost to me. I am very pleased.

Work completed as agreed. Cost was reasonable. Clean up was good. Would recommend. (Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof)
